Shipping policy

You will receive a notification as soon as your goods are on the way. There may be shipping costs depending on your location. Once your package is prepared for shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.

Packages are typically prepared for dispatch within 0-1 working days (handling time), depending on item availability and a successful credit check. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 working days. Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.

Damages and Issues:

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue and rectify it.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to obtain the desired item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will inform you once we've received and inspected your return. You will be notified if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
