Returns & Refund Policy

At Myheate, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we recognize that sometimes returns may be necessary. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Please carefully review our return policy to ensure a smooth process.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@myheate.com. Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable. Note, without order number we cannot initiate your return. 

Returns

You may return any product purchased from Myheate within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in it's original packaging.

Please note that purchases made during our 1+1 sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items. Additionally, if you purchase only one item during this promotion and do not take advantage of the offer, we cannot provide compensation or retroactively apply the discount.

Return Costs

At Myheate, we charge a return cost of €6,95 to encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions and to minimize our environmental impact. No return cost will be charged if the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is defective/wrong item (color or size). We can only accept this, if this claim is backed up by a picture or video in your return request. 

By discouraging unnecessary returns, we aim to reduce the carbon footprint associated with shipping. This helps prevent the wasteful practice of ordering multiple items with the intention of returning them, supporting our commitment to sustainability.

Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a link to process your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong color/size, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a voucher code to use during the return process. For any other return reasons not specified above, the customer is charged €6,95 for return shipping charges.

Return Orders with Issues: Damage/Wrong Color or Size

Products that are incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit are eligible for return. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Once we review your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed. Please ship the return within 30 days of delivery.

After we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or issue a refund according to your preference.

Return Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Original Condition and Unwashed: Merchandise must remain in its original, pristine condition. We cannot process returns for items that are not in original condition, washed, or altered.
  • Damage-Free Requirement: Products should show no signs of wear or damage unless they were received in a damaged condition.
  • Bundle Order: Partial returns for items within a bundle are typically not accepted. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction and may make exceptions based on individual circumstances. Please contact our customer service team at hello@myheate.com if you have concerns or specific situations.

Refund Processing

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and begin the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing timeframe. 

Changes to the Return Policy

Myheate reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
