What technology does the product use?
The products from myheate work different than most heating products. Myheate uses infrared technology as a heat source which has more benefits than only providing heat.
Infrared is radiated heat that is an excellent heating solution when compared to conventional heating solutions, such as gas/oil central heating systems. This is a form of thermal radiation that directly heats a body from the inside while not heating the surrounding air. As it does not lose energy by reheating the air, it is a very efficient heat source. Infrared rays can penetrate the surface of the body and heat the body from the inside. It therefore feels much warmer than if you would heat through a central heating system.
Infrared heating is completely safe and even has multiple health benefits. It can boost your immune system, improve blood circulation, reduce inflammation and reduces joint pain and stiffness. Besides that, as it does not heat the surrounding air, it is better for the planet and for your wallet.

Using your product
How do I assemble my heating cushion?
To assemble your heating cushion, follow the following instructions:
1. Unpack the powerbank battery which is included in the package.
2. Charge the battery using a usb-charger.
3. Once fully charged, open the pillow case and connect the battery to the USB port of the data cable (the other end of the cable is connected to the on/off switch).
4. Press and hold the on/off button for three seconds to turn it on. The red light indicates the heating pillow started. Press and hold the button for three seconds again to turn it off.
5. The pillow has three heating settings, high (red), medium (blue) and low (green). To switch between the heating settings click on the on/off button once.
How long does it take to fully charge my product?
When the battery is completely empty, it takes around 6 hours to fully charge the battery.
How long can I use my product with one charge?
There are three different heating levels: low, medium and high. The time it lasts on each heating level is as follows:
- Low: 8 hours
- Medium: 5,5 hours
- High: 3,5 hours
How to clean my heating cushion?
To clean the heating cushion, remove the outer cover from the cushion. The outer cover can be washed in the washing machine at 40°C. Do not iron, bleach, dry clean or tumble dry the cover.
Please mind to never use water to wash the inner cushion or any of the electronics within the cushion.

Where is your warehouse located?
We deliver our products from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
When will my order start shipping?
Your order will be sent within 24 hours from the moment of ordering. You will receive an e-mail when your order has left the warehouse.
What are the delivery times?
Our products are sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands. The delivery times depend per country and can be seen below:
Average delivery time:
- Netherlands: 1 - 2 business days
- Belgium: 1 - 2 business days
- Germany: 1 - 4 business days
- France: 2 - 4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 2 - 8 business days
Can I cancel the order?
Unfortunately, an order can no longer be changed or cancelled after the order has been confirmed. For information regarding the return of your order, please see the return page.
What is included in my delivery?
Your delivery includes everything you need to get your heating cushion up and running. It contains the following:
- The Myheate cushion of your choice
- A battery
- A charger
- Manual

How do I return my order?
Please contact us through the 'Contact' form so we can help you in returning the order.
Do I have to pay for my return?
If you want to return your order you will have to pay for your own return. We do this from a environmental point of view. Since excessive ordering and returning has a negative effect on the environment, we encourage people to be sure of what they want to buy before ordering. By letting customers pay for their returns we hope to minimize impulse buying.
When will I receive the refund?
You will receive a full refund within 14 days after receiving your product in good order.
If the product is damaged or visibly used more than would be necessary to try out the product, we can pass the value reduction of the product onto you. Please treat the products with care and make sure they are properly packaged before returning.
